This General Contractor is looking for construction professionals who can help oversee preconstruction, work with clients and subcontractors, and grow with the team. This person needs to have excellent preconstruction skills, a visionary mindset, and be invested in helping develop other construction professionals and this business' portfolio. Description
- Plan and implement large projects
- Support and work with the work of technical staff
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met on all projects
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and owner of projects
- Review owner contracts
- Support the estimating team
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering or related is preferred
- 2 years of experience in Construction on the preconstruction side
- Ground-up experience
- Commercial, automotive, multifamily, warehouse, education, or health care market experience
- Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details
- Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications, contracts, drawings, legal agreements, etc.
- Extremely tech savvy and driven
- Ability to work with anyone
