Why This Job - Site Supervisor
Our client is expanding into Utah after establishing itself as one of Montana's premier luxury custom home builders. This Site Supervisor will lead their first Utah projects throughout the Salt Lake City and Wasatch Front luxury residential market.
This is much more involved than a traditional superintendent position. You'll own field execution from project handoff through closeout while helping establish their subcontractor network, vendor relationships, and operating standards in a brand-new market. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, oversee quality and safety, communicate with homeowners, architects, designers, and inspectors, and work closely with executive leadership as the company expands its Utah presence.
For the right person, the opportunity is the combination of autonomy and impact. You'll have the backing of an established builder with proven systems and decades of experience, while still having the ability to shape how the Utah operation grows. Your decisions will directly influence future hiring, trade relationships, and the long-term success of the market.
The company itself is a major draw. Our client has built a reputation around craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail rather than simply building volume. Leadership trusts their people to own projects, turnover is low, and employees stay because they're given responsibility, support, and the opportunity to build exceptional homes.
