What You'll Actually Do:
- Develop strong vendor partnerships, enforce contract terms, and ensure timely, accurate rebate reporting and collections
- Oversee rebate management workflows, technology platforms, and related data tools to support efficient, high-volume processing
- Track, analyze, and interpret rebate data; build dashboards and reports that demonstrate value to internal and external partners
- Serve as the escalation point for rebate-related matters and support team members in resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align rebate operations with broader business objectives and ensure timely partner payments
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements within rebate accounting systems and workflows
- Mentor and guide 2 talented direct reports
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business-related
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting or AR/Collections management
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Background in contract management and vendor compliance
- Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Proven people leadership and team management capabilities
- Track record of improving processes and driving operational efficiencies
- Experience with rebate management preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central preferred) and data tools such as Alteryx is a plus
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation $100K - $120K total all in
- Monday -Thursday in-office – Denver Tech Center
