Why this job – Accountant:

You'll own the end-to-end order flow—creating, confirming, tracking, billing, and resolving issues—so customers get exactly what they need on time. You'll serve as the key link between vendors, customers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution throughout the process. From initial quote to final delivery, you'll manage details with precision, anticipate potential roadblocks, and maintain strong relationships that keep operations running seamlessly. If you love accuracy, communication, and keeping complex moving parts in sync, this is your lane.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Create and manage orders, maintaining accurate item data, pricing, and related product details
• Manage the full order process by confirming details with vendor and dealer partners, tracking confirmations, processing updates or corrections, and maintaining accuracy from start to finish
• Triage and resolve order issues promptly, ensuring all corrections are accurately reflected in system billings and related documentation
• Partner with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate customer and vendor billing, updating necessary billing data such as UPCs
• Manage the 2-way match between orders and bills to maintain consistency and financial accuracy
• Obtain shipment and tracking details from vendors and proactively communicate order status and updates to dealers

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience within distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain needed
• Strong client interface skills -with a service-minded approach
• MS Business Central
• Proactive, self-starter with a "get it done" attitude
• Clear and confident communicator

Where and How Much:

• Target Compensation -$65K - $75K
