Our client a metal manufacturer going into a number of industries is currently looking to bring on a Head of Quality to lead the quality department within a heavily evolving environment as they look to scale the business. The ideal candidate should have a strong manufacturing background, heavily within metals, ideally having experience within chemical compositions, and oxidation defects. They should bring credibility and a "backbone" to challenge the status quo, optimize processes, and earn the respect of a seasoned production team through hands-on expertise.
Role Overview
The Head of Quality leads the company’s quality strategy and ensures products and processes meet established standards. This role oversees quality systems, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality team and quality programs
- Develop and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company and industry quality requirements
- Monitor quality performance and drive improvement initiatives

Qualifications
