Overview
A leading electrical contractor is seeking an Executive Vice President to join its senior leadership team and play a key role in the continued growth and development of the business.
This is an executive-level opportunity for a proven electrical construction leader with strong operational, commercial, and people leadership experience. The EVP will be responsible for driving performance across major projects, supporting strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support operational strategy across large-scale electrical construction projects
Work closely with ownership and senior leadership to drive company growth and long-term planning
Oversee project execution, financial performance, manpower planning, and operational delivery
Partner with estimating, preconstruction, project management, and field leadership teams
Drive improvements in operational efficiency, project controls, reporting, and accountability
Support business development through client relationships, market strategy, and customer engagement
Develop, mentor, and retain senior leaders across operations, project management, and field teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards
Strengthen internal systems, processes, and communication across the business
Represent the company with clients, general contractors, partners, and industry stakeholders
Experience & Qualifications
15 years of experience within electrical construction, including senior operational leadership
Proven track record overseeing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, healthcare, or complex electrical projects
Experience managing multiple teams, divisions, or business units
Strong commercial acumen with exposure to P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and margin control
Deep understanding of project delivery, field operations, estimating, preconstruction, and manpower planning
Experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing leadership teams
Strong client-facing skills with established relationships across the construction market
Ability to work closely with ownership and influence company-wide strategy

Compensation Package
Base Salary: $300,000
Bonus: Up to 75% annual performance bonus
