Compensation
$115,000 - $135,000 annually
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live
Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
Drive discovery sessions and workflow mapping
Coordinate stakeholders across clients, engineering, and product teams
Lead training, go-live support, and hypercare activities
Develop scalable implementation playbooks and processes
Ensure successful client adoption and transition to account management
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Experience building implementation programs, processes, or teams
Leadership and mentoring experience
Experience leading client-facing SaaS implementations
Ability to manage technical integrations and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Healthcare software, EMR, practice management, or AI experience preferred
