What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at ITAC Solutions?
I’m partnering with a client on a Program Coordinator search, and this one has real purpose behind it. You’d supervise and develop a team of Case Managers who help veterans and their families secure housing and keep it.
This could be a great fit if you:
- Have case management experience and have already supervised staff
- Like staying hands-on, including carrying a small caseload when needed
- Enjoy building relationships with the VA, shelters, and community partners
- Bring familiarity with Housing First, the VA, or the military (a plus, not required)

📍 Onsite in Montgomery, AL
💰 $50,000
🩺 Medical, dental, vision, and an employer-paid pension
🚗 Mileage reimbursed at $0.76/mile
This role calls for someone who has already led a team, so it’s best suited for an established supervisor.
