Compensation

• $55,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Enter and maintain high volumes of financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Review transactions, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Organize supporting documentation and ensure financial data is complete and accurate.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 3 years of full cycle accounting experience
• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting or full-charge bookkeeping.
• Comfort working with high volumes of data entry while maintaining accuracy.
