What You’ll Be Doing
- Own payroll for about 1,200 employees across multiple states and divisions
- Run weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles accurately and on time
- Keep payroll compliant with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead a two-person team, plus interns
- Maintain accurate payroll records
- Partner with teams across the business to resolve issues
- Research problems and recommend improvements
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 5 years of payroll experience
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Oracle and Paylocity experience
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Comfort juggling multiple pay frequencies
- Payroll team management experience
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
