What You’ll Be Doing
- Produce accurate financial statements and consolidated reporting
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities
- Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations
- Oversee job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
- Strengthening accounting processes, controls, and reporting workflows
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
- Partner with leadership to support growth and operational decisions
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- 5 years of solid accounting experience
- Experience in a multi-entity environment (Public accounting)
- Strong background in intercompany accounting and consolidations
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-entity structure
- Hands-on approach with ownership of full-cycle close processes
- Process-building mindset with ability to improve workflows
- Exposure to construction or real estate accounting environments is a plus
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
