Job Summary:
The Informatica Technical Lead is responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). This role ensures adherence to best practices and optimal performance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Informatica mappings, workflows, and task flows
- Translate sourcetotarget mappings and functional specifications into technical Informatica solutions
- Develop SCD (Type 1 / Type 2) and fact/dimension loading processes
- Build scalable and reusable ETL components following best practices
- Lead and mentor junior team members on mapping tasks, task flows, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, technical specifications, and deliverables for data integration projects.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and implement security measures for data integration processes.
- Configure encryption, authentication protocols, and optimize task-level parameters for memory utilization and data flow performance.
Mandatory Skills:

- Strong ETL and Data Warehousing fundamentals
- Advanced Informatica transformations
- SQL & RDBMS
- UNIX / Linux shell scripting
- Batch scheduling tools (Autosys / ControlM / Tivoli)
- Performance tuning and optimization
- Data governance and compliance standards
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions
- Knowledge of data security protocols
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
