Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in City of Industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in high-volume customer support, and the ability to manage inquiries efficiently while providing excellent service.
Position Overview
As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with order inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution
- Navigate and manage customer accounts using internal systems, including Amazon Seller Central
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
