Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated general laborers to join our 1st shift team for a hands-on project. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, following detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Loading and offloading materials as needed
- Attaching handles to cases
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks as assigned
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Experience
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, forklifts, or warehouse equipment is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout shifts
- Basic understanding of safety protocols related to manufacturing environments
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
