iStaffing Chino is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative for an automotive parts distribution company. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
• Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Follow established communication procedures, company policies, and service standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or order processing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
