About The Role

We are seeking a General Labor team member to join our Stockton, CA bakery. In this role, you will support production flow by monitoring tray movement, stacking and staging product for shipment, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure safe, high‑quality food manufacturing.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: Varies between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
• Hours: Varies
• Weekend availability: Required

• Hourly Rate: $24.28
  
  

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Monitor tray line operations to maintain steady production flow
• Stack and stage trays and products to support efficient shipping and warehouse movement
• Perform shrink‑wrapping and palletizing to prepare outbound shipments
• Assist with freezer product rotation to ensure proper storage and inventory flow
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to GMP and food safety standards
• Support overall production needs by completing additional assigned tasks
• Work flexibly across shifts and weekends based on operational requirements
  
  

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift 10 lb. pans repeatedly throughout an 8‑hour shift
• Ability to push and pull 220 lb. pan carts multiple times during an 8‑hour shift
• Ability to work weekends and any assigned shift
• Ability to work in cold and freezer environments
• Commitment to following GMP, quality, and safety procedures
• Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or production environments
• Experience with palletizing, stacking, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with GMP or food safety standards
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume operations
