We are seeking a detail‐oriented and reliable FBA Amazon Clerk to support daily operations involving data entry, communication with brokers, and management of Amazon Seller Central tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with brokers via email and phone
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets
• Work within Amazon Seller Central and Apprise systems
• Prepare and create commercial invoices for Canada-bound shipments
Qualifications
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
