What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for building your own portfolio of clients across the Technology & Digital sector. This is a full-sales recruitment role and includes:
Business Development
- Identify, approach and engage potential clients within your specialist tech vertical.
- Develop long‑term, profitable client relationships through meetings, calls and market engagement.
- Leverage market intelligence to uncover new business opportunities.
- Promote your personal brand and iO Associates across social platforms and industry meetups.
- Negotiate terms and secure exclusive recruitment partnerships.
Candidate Engagement
- Attract, qualify and represent high‑calibre candidates across Technology & Digital disciplines.
- Write compelling job adverts and manage candidate applications professionally.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and CV databases to identify top talent.
- Conduct structured qualification calls to understand motivations, skills and career goals.
Process & Relationship Management
- Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle from job intake to placement.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback loops with clients.
- Present offers and support candidates through resignation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain full compliance and exceptional customer service throughout.
