Spanish-Speaking Recruitment Consultant – LATAM Technology Market (On-Site, Miami)
Location: Edgewater, Miami, FL
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 (With uncapped commission)

InterEx Group is expanding its Miami office and is seeking ambitious, Spanish-speaking Recruitment Consultants to focus on the LATAM technology market. This is a sales-led opportunity with full training provided, giving you the platform to build and scale your own specialist market.
No prior recruitment experience is required. If you have a background in sales or a target-driven role, this position offers the chance to apply those skills in a highly rewarding, commission-based career.
The Role (On-Site, Miami)
- Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, working with both clients and candidates
- Build and develop your own LATAM technology market across contract and permanent placements
- Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, and market mapping
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Work toward weekly and monthly targets with structured training and ongoing coaching
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (essential)
- Ability to work on-site in Edgewater, Miami, five days per week
- Experience in sales, business development, or another target-driven role
- Strong resilience, motivation, and a competitive mindset
- Confidence in phone-based sales and relationship building
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment
