Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and driven Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our Miami team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, sales, and business development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, building client relationships, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with comprehensive training and support provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles
• Develop new business opportunities through outreach, calls, and meetings
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions
• Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
