Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients across various industries
- Identify client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales-related roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
- Proactively generate new business through calls, networking, and meetings
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients
- Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
