What You'll Be Doing
- Developing new business through sales, prospecting and cold calling
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Learning how to pitch and sell recruitment solutions across the technology market
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Managing candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Building your own network and specialist market
- Working towards clear sales, activity and revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
- Someone with 1 years of professional recruitment experience in any industry
- A competitive, driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and communicating with people
- Resilient, coachable and motivated by achieving goals
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in a KPi/Target driven recruitment role
