Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Delivery Consultant to join our Miami team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment delivery, talent sourcing, and building strong candidate relationships. You will work closely with Business Development Consultants to fulfill client requirements and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Identify, engage, and qualify high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines within niche technology markets
• Conduct screening calls, interviews, and skills assessments
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback between clients and candidates
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with sales consultants to understand client needs and deliver effectively
• Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
