Location: Miami, Florida (Brickell) | Full-Time | Onsite

Salary: $40,000 base commission (OTE $75,000-$90,000 )

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as both an account executive and a recruiter, owning the full client and recruiting lifecycle end-to-end and fostering lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. We work within Technology, Engineering, Aerospace, Semiconductors, Life Sciences, and Construction markets.
• Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.
• Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability.
• Contribute to team growth, culture, and shared performance targets.
