Recruitment Consultant (Entry-Level)

What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates across high-growth industries including Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, Construction, and Energy
- Own your market — identifying hiring needs, pitching solutions, and matching top talent to key opportunities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and placement
- Prospect and develop new business partnerships while strengthening existing ones
- Collaborate with teammates to share insights, celebrate wins, and grow together

- 💰 $35,000 base salary (rising to $40,000 after orientation period) uncapped commission (OTE $75K–$95K in year one; six figures for top performers)
