Ideal Background:
- Project Manager experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Commercial Construction experience - Industrial/Warehousing/Distribution Center preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
