Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility technical and data-driven initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role for someone who can navigate ambiguity, drive execution, manage competing priorities, and partner effectively with engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical and data-focused projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams while proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, and business teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Facilitate decision-making, manage stakeholder communications, and maintain project health through clear governance and reporting.
• Balance strategic priorities with detailed execution to ensure successful delivery against aggressive timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Proven success leading complex technical projects in high-pressure environments.
• Experience managing data-focused initiatives, including platforms, integrations, migrations, analytics, reporting, or pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development and the ability to work closely with technical teams beyond status tracking.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data engineering, analytics platforms, APIs, or enterprise system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• PMP, Scrum, or related certification preferred.
