About The Role
We’re partnering with a leading life sciences organization to bring on a Principal IT Business Analyst (or Solution Architect ) to support early-stage business engagement and solution design.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology , helping translate undefined business challenges into actionable, technology-driven solutions. You’ll work closely with business leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, evaluate solutions, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
What You’ll Do
Partner with business stakeholders to define and clarify complex, ambiguous problems
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions (including SaaS platforms) aligned to business needs
Lead requirements gathering and documentation for new systems and enhancements
Assess existing tools, vendors, and platforms for fit, scalability, and value
Develop solution options, business cases, and implementation approaches
Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure successful delivery
Support projects across multiple business units, including Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health
What We’re Looking For
7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, or similar roles
Proven ability to take undefined business problems and drive them through to structured solutions
Strong Experience In
SaaS solution evaluation and selection
Business Requirements Gathering And Documentation
Aligning technology to business outcomes
Experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Familiarity with data analysis tools and using data to drive decisions
Exposure to enterprise systems and vendor management
