Responsibilities
- Lead business process mapping and modeling initiatives using the Signavio BPM Suite
- Support process architecture development and end-to-end scenario design
- Partner with business and operational teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Drive adoption of process standards, governance, and BPM best practices
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Analyze current-state processes and recommend future-state improvements
- Support organizational initiatives focused on building a process-oriented culture
- 4 years of experience in business process management or process improvement roles
- Strong hands-on experience with the Signavio BPM Suite (required)
- Experience with process architecture, process mapping/modeling, and workflow optimization
- Knowledge of BPM governance and process standardization methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Signavio BPM certifications
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or operational excellence initiatives
Salary : $40 - $48
