Project Manager

IntePros is partnering with a growing medical device manufacturing client to hire a Project Manager in Scottsdale, AZ. This role will support critical engineering and manufacturing initiatives, driving projects from planning through execution in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will lead cross-functional projects related to manufacturing, engineering, and process improvements, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires strong coordination across teams including Engineering, Quality, Operations, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through completion
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and quality
- Track and report on project status, risks, and milestones
- Drive accountability to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Support equipment implementation, process improvements, or NPI initiatives
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in regulated industries (medical device preferred)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, tooling, or process engineering projects
- Familiarity with validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- PMP certification or similar project management training
- Exposure to Lean / continuous improvement initiatives
