Job Title: Material Handler IIIJob Summary We are looking for a reliable and experienced Material Handler III to support daily warehouse and distribution center operations. This role involves picking, packing, palletizing, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, label, and process customer orders using RF scannersBuild and palletize orders for shipment; re-palletize as neededLoad and unload inbound and outbound shipmentsOperate material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, order picker, dock stocker)Use ERP/WMS systems to track inventory and material movementVerify order accuracy and ensure proper packagingFollow safety procedures, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport inventory replenishment and cycle countsAssist with shipping documentation for domestic and international ordersCross-train and assist in other warehouse areas as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceForklift certification requiredExperience operating warehouse equipment (MHE)Ability to use RF scanners or voice picking systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift, move, and handle materials safelyWork EnvironmentDistribution center / warehouse settingMay involve standing, lifting, and operating equipmentSafety-focused and team-oriented workplace
