We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Document and track customer interactions using CRM tools
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
