Job Description:
We are looking for a mid- to senior-level CSV Engineer who has validated bioreactors and single-use systems, understands automation interfaces (DeltaV/PLCs/MES), has GMP biologics manufacturing experience, and can execute IQ/OQ/PQ onsite. Strong in Part 11 and data integrity. Comfortable relocating to Seattle on an 17-month contract.
Background: Experience with computerized systems for Bioreactors, SUMS, SUBs, Analytical equipment, etc
Must-Have Core Experience
Candidates must have validated the computerized systems associated with bioprocess manufacturing equipment, including:
Bioreactors (stainless or single-use)
Single-Use Bioreactors (SUB)
Single-Use Mixers (SUM)
Upstream/downstream skids (TFF, UF/DF, chromatography, filtration, buffer prep)
Process analyzers and analytical instruments tied to manufacturing
CIP/SIP systems with electronic controls
Data acquisition, historian, automation interfaces
We specifically need CSV experience for equipment with software, HMIs, automation logic, and data integrity requirements.
This is NOT a QC lab CSV role.
Salary : $30 - $45
