This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Newport Beach, CA. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client concerns, assisting with technical support, maintaining client records, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall client experience. The Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing personalized support and solutions.
