Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Princeton, NJ (100% Onsite)
Duration: 2 Months
Pay Rate: $26–$30/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- 2 years of QA experience (fragrance, food, or chemical industry preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA systems (SAP/LIMS)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks and Gemba walks during production
- Support nonconformance investigations and document control
- Review batch records, analytical data, and product specifications before release
- Monitor quality trends and report findings
- Drive continuous improvement and support 5S initiatives
Interview Process: Microsoft Teams interview, followed by possible onsite interview.
