- Conduct Gemba walks throughout the production process to verify that fragrance batches meet specifications.
- This includes testing at various production stages (e.g., during mixing, before packing, HACCP).
- Support nonconformance investigations (Z3, Z1, Z5).
- Monitor overdue actions in the IMS and support document management control
- Review documentation, analytical data, product specifications, and process changes/deviations before product release to ensure compliance with defined specifications.
- Address and resolve any concerns or discrepancies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product quality, trends, and challenges related to fragrance production.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, working collaboratively with operational units to ensure compliance and conduct comprehensive evaluations for investigations and process enhancements.
- Support the 5S program within the plant.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- Mandatory Minimum 2 years in quality assurance, preferably in fragrance, food, or chemical industries
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP and GMP standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality systems (e.g., SAP, LIMS)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset
- Effective communication skills
- Shift: 1st shift - Day shift - 8-5pm

Salary : $26 - $30
