What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Specialist position at Indotronix Avani Group?
Shift: 1st shift - Day shift - 8-5 pm
Education: Technical degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
Mandatory minimum of 2 years in quality assurance, preferably in fragrance, food, or chemical industries
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP and GMP standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality systems (e.g., SAP, LIMS)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Gemba walks throughout the production process to verify that fragrance batches meet specifications. This includes testing at various production stages (e.g., during mixing, before packing, HACCP).
- Monitor overdue actions in the IMS and support document management control
- Review documentation, analytical data, product specifications, and process changes/deviations before product release to ensure compliance with defined specifications. Address and resolve any concerns or discrepancies.
