Job Title: Product Developer (Food Science/R&D)
Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: $38.90/hr on w2
Location: Louisville, CO
Key Responsibilities
- :Develop and improve food product formulations for innovation, renovation, and value optimization projects
- .Lead product development activities from concept through commercialization, including bench, pilot plant, and manufacturing trials
- .Manage medium to high-complexity R&D projects and ensure timely progression through stage-gate processes
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain
- .Analyze test results, conduct product evaluations, and provide recommendations based on data and consumer feedback
- .Prepare product specifications and technical documentation to support successful product launches
- .Drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D organization
.Requirements
- :Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field with 5–10 years of experience (or Master's degree with 3–5 years of experience)
- .Strong product development and project management skills
- .Experience with pilot plant, manufacturing trials, and commercialization activities
- .Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- .Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard R&D software tools
