Position Overview
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) acts as the central coordinator for service delivery operations, overseeing customer request intake, scheduling, work order management, material procurement, and cross-functional coordination. This role is similar to a Service Project Manager and requires strong leadership, execution, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service request intake and work order lifecycle.
- Coordinate service delivery, scheduling, materials, subcontractors, and external vendors.
- Support service agreements, reactive work orders, and quoted services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely service execution.
- Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
