Customer Service Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46240 | (Hybrid – Onsite Training Required)
Pay: $16/hr. on W2
Type: 6 months Contract
We are hiring CSRs to provide exceptional support via phone and email, assist with registration, website navigation, issue resolution, and participant inquiries.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Hardwired internet required for remote work
- Flexible schedule and commitment to full training
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls/emails and escalate when needed
- Assist participants with login, navigation, and surveys
- Provide excellent service and document interactions
