Key Responsibilities
- :Develop and optimize product formulations for innovation, renovation, and value improvement initiatives
- .Conduct bench-top development, pilot plant trials, and industrial-scale testing
- .Lead product commercialization activities and support successful product launches
- .Manage medium to high complexity R&D projects through the stage-gate process
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and external suppliers
- .Design and execute product trials, tasting sessions, and consumer tests
- .Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and commercialization packages
