We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to support innovation, renovation, and value improvement initiatives within a leading food & beverage organization. This role will be heavily involved in formulation development, pilot plant testing, industrial trials, commercialization activities, and cross-functional project leadership.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop innovative and renovated product formulations aligned with consumer, brand, regulatory, quality, and food safety requirements.

✅ Manage medium to high complexity R&D projects through stage-gate processes.

✅ Conduct bench-top development, pilot plant trials, and industrial-scale testing.

✅ Lead product commercialization and launch activities.

✅ Analyze technical data and analytical measurements to drive project decisions.

✅ Collaborate with ingredient suppliers, co-manufacturers, vendors, engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.

✅ Organize tasting sessions and consumer test sample production.

✅ Prepare product specifications and ensure documentation readiness before commercialization.

✅ Identify opportunities for innovation, productivity improvements, and business growth.

✅ Share technical expertise and best practices across the broader R&D organization.

🔹 Required Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or a related field with 5–10 years of experience

OR

✔ Master's Degree in Food Science or a related field with 3–5 years of experience

✔ Strong product development and formulation experience

✔ Experience with pilot plant and manufacturing trials

✔ Excellent project management and organizational skills

✔ Strong written and verbal communication abilities

✔ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor team members

✔ Proficiency with computer applications and R&D software tools
