Job Description:
Insight Global's client is a top global logistics company who is hiring to support a brand-new, high-volume distribution facility in Florence, KY—and we’re actively hiring for multiple openings!
Preferred Requirements:
- 2–4 years in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
- Experience with inventory control, quality audits, or training/performance
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation
Responsibilities:
Quality Advisor:
- Inspect inbound/outbound shipments for damage & accuracy
- Ensure proper packaging and shipment readiness
- Maintain documentation and support audits
- Partner with warehouse leadership on quality improvements
Inventory / Training Specialist:
- Train and onboard warehouse employees on systems & processes
- Track performance metrics and improve workflows
- Support reporting (Power BI exposure is a plus)
- Drive a high-performance, process-driven environment
Salary : $20 - $23
