About the Role:
We are partnering with Fortune 250 global manufacturing client of ours to hire a Functional IT & Digital Analyst to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and IT, with a strong focus on optimizing Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and driving cross-functional IT projects.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering, helping to improve system performance, streamline workflows, and support ERP initiatives—primarily within SAP environments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute IT and digital transformation initiatives
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders
- Support and enhance Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- Contribute to ERP (SAP preferred) implementations and optimization
- Drive process improvements across manufacturing workflows
- Align stakeholders across cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 6 years experience in IT, Digital, or Business Systems roles within manufacturing
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional IT projects
- Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams
Nice to Have
- ERP or SaaS implementation experience
- MES or manufacturing systems exposure
- PMP certification or formal project management experience
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
