Pay: Up to $179,000
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Apex Development
- Proven track record of on-time execution, bug free, secure code, and delivery of projects
- Experienced with Agile Development, preferably Scrum
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- 8 years’ experience as a technical leader specifically building and supporting internally built applications.
- 8 Years experience hands on knowledge of Domino, APEX, SQL, MS Access / Azure, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and related API integrations
- 5 Years VB .Net, and MS Power Platform applications
- 5 years of experience managing a combination of both nearshore, offshore and onshore technical resources.
- 7 years of project delivery using Agile (Scrum & Kanban)
This role oversees the full portfolio and development roadmap for the Shared Business Applications, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and driving the execution of innovative, scalable, and high-performing experiences. With a strong technical foundation, the Senior Manager defines and implements the appropriate technology architecture, development standards, platforms, frameworks, and languages that support secure and efficient application delivery. The role champions agile methodologies and establishes best practices across the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, branching strategies, source control management, code quality, secure coding, unit testing, and deployment.
A key focus is maintaining the health of the codebase through continuous refactoring and proactive management of technical debt, addressing performance, speed, scalability, security, and accessibility. The Senior Manager leads multiple concurrent programs and development teams, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. This includes driving architectural and design reviews, post-mortems, and detailed software specifications to ensure quality and alignment with business outcomes. As a people leader, the Senior Manager builds and develops high-performing teams, delegates effectively, and coaches’ individuals across the performance spectrum to elevate team impact and delivery.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $150,000 - $179,000
