We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Software Development to lead internal business applications. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing enterprise internal applications used across multiple global brands. You’ll own the application portfolio, technical strategy, and delivery roadmap, while leading distributed engineering teams building secure, scalable, always-on systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage software development teams
- Owns the application roadmap and delivery
- Ensures systems are secure, stable, and always running
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering leaders
Technical Skills required:
- Microsoft & Enterprise Stack: VB.NET, SQL, MS Access, Azure
- Domino, Oracle APEX
- Web & Integrations: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API integrations
- Methodologies: Agile (Scrum & Kanban), SDLC best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years in software engineering leadership
- Strong background in internally built enterprise applications
- Experience managing distributed global teams

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $179,900 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
