Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel healthcare clients on corporate, regulatory, and operational matters.
- Draft and negotiate agreements involving healthcare providers and entities.
- Advise on compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations.
- Assist clients with practice formations, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on business strategy and client development.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed (or eligible for admission) to practice law in Michigan.
- 4 years of experience representing healthcare providers or organizations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, corporate structures, and compliance issues.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $170,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
