Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands/responses
- Conduct depositions and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Communicate directly with clients to provide case updates and guidance
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Qualifications:
- 3 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Active NJ Bar admission in good standing
- Strong negotiation, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Experience handling all phases of litigation independently
- Excellent client communication and case management abilities

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
