What You'll Handle
- Manage complex litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution
- Assist with and take responsibility for pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Work with clients throughout the litigation process
- Handle matters in state and federal courts
- Assist with case intake, investigation, and evaluation of potential claims
- Work collaboratively with experienced attorneys on complex plaintiff-side matters
- 3 years of litigation experience
- Experience with mass tort, class action, personal injury, products liability, or another complex plaintiff-side practice
- Experience handling matters in state and federal courts
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedure
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and take ownership of assignments
- Admission to both the New Jersey and New York Bars in good standing
