Conversion Sal: Flex but 120,000-140,000
Travel 1x per month to the job site, working from home remainder.

Job Description
• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of medium voltage projects • Ensure alignment with client requirements and company objectives • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for operations • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality work • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and efficient use of company assets
